Dear Parents/Guardians,
As students are starting to better acquire the French language, we will be starting our Show and Tell presentations (Montre et Raconte). Each day, two students will be doing their Show and Tell presentation. Students can bring objects that they like from home and describe them to the class (e.g. toys, books, teddy bears, pictures, etc.). Students are encouraged to practise their presentations at home and use as much French as they can.
The following is the success criteria for Montre et Raconte presentations:
I look at the audience when I am talking.
| |
I speak in French.
| |
I speak loud enough so that everyone can hear me.
| |
I answer most of the following questions when applicable throughout my presentation: Who? What? How? Why? When? / Qui? Quoi? Comment? Pourquoi? Quand?
|
Please see the reverse side of the page for the calendar indicating the date on which your child has their presentation. Please keep this calendar in a safe place so that your child may be prepared for their presentation.
I look forward to hearing all the lovely presentations and to seeing all the treasures brought from home!
Please see below the Show and Tell Calendar presentation schedule. Please ensure that your child is prepared on their presentation date. Merci!
